Rodents which commonly invade residential or commercial buildings typically include several species of mice and rats. Effective control measures vary depending on the species and given the damage that rodents can cause it is wise to seek the advice of a professional. An effective plan may be as simple as a strong monitoring and baiting program, or as complicated as resolving all entry points and a regular application of pesticide or rodenticide by a licensed professional.
